These terms concern the Clark’s Floor and More website. A remodeling or flooring project is subject to a separate agreement with Clark’s.

Website information

The website introduces services and shows examples of previous work. Photos, descriptions, and other information are provided for general reference. Materials, availability, scope, pricing, and schedules must be confirmed directly for your project.

Inquiries and estimates

Calling, emailing, or viewing the website does not create a construction contract or reserve a start date. Any estimate, project scope, payment schedule, warranty, or other service commitment must be confirmed in the separate project agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement or limit rights provided by applicable law.

Project photographs

Project images show individual spaces and results. Before-and-after photos may be taken from different viewpoints and under different lighting. They illustrate the photographed project and do not promise identical results for another home.

Content and permitted use

Website text, branding, and photographs belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. You may view the website for personal reference and share links to it. Please obtain permission before reusing photographs, logos, or other website content commercially.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to compromise the site’s security, interfere with its operation, or use its contact details to send unlawful or abusive material.
